General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data

Within the framework of its activity, the company Eco-Transformation, whose head office is located at 2700, route de Peyrehorade, 40300 St Lon Les Mines, is led to collect and process information, some of which are qualified as “personal data”. Eco-Transformation attaches great importance to the respect of privacy, and only uses data in a responsible and confidential manner and for a specific purpose.

Personal data

On the website, there are 2 types of data that can be collected:

– Data transmitted directly

These data are those that you transmit directly to us via a contact form, by direct contact via email or when you apply for a job within Eco-Transformation by sending us your resume and cover letter. The fields “first name”, “last name”, “company or organisation” and “email” are mandatory in the contact form.

The information you provide belongs to you and will never be sold to third parties. The collection and storage of your information is only used for the purpose of communicating with you in total trust.

– Data collected automatically

During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect “web analytics” type information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.

Use of the data

The data that you provide directly to us is used for the purpose of contacting you again and/or in connection with the request you make to us. “Web analytics” data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics, and allows us to measure the audience of our website, the number of visits and possible errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by Eco-Transformation, Processing Data Officer, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for any other purpose than those detailed above.

Legal basis

Personal data are collected only after mandatory consent of the user. This consent is adequately obtained (when you tick the relevant boxes), non-mandatory, clear and unequivocal.

Duration of data storage

The data will be saved by Eco-Transformation for a maximum of 3 years. If you do not contact us before that, we will delete your data.

Regarding cookies, they are kept for 13 months. Thus, we will ask you to confirm the storage of your cookies when you return to the site after the retention period.
